[10/25/2006] Susan Bromley Named Vice President Diagnostic Product Development of MetriGenix, Inc.
MetriGenix Corporation, an innovative life sciences company that develops and delivers solutions that enable the rapid growth of emerging molecular diagnostic
assays today announced that Dr. Susan Bromley has been named Vice President, Diagnostic Product Development.
Dr. Bromley brings to MetriGenix her expertise in nucleic acid technology, immunoassay technology, vitro diagnostic product design and more than fifteen years of
experience in managing product development in biotechnology companies. Susan joins MetriGenix from Bayer HealthCare Diagnostics (previously Chiron Diagnostics) where
she led product development in the Molecular Testing Segment. She was responsible for design and development of in vitro diagnostic assays for viral load testing of
hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus, as well as genotyping tests for hepatitis C virus and HIV. Prior product development experience includes the development of
immunoassays for tumor markers and for detection and characterization of human papillomavirus.

Dr. Bromley has a B.A. in Biology from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA, and holds a Ph.D. in Biology from Yale University.
