Mr. Rocky Ganske is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Axela Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the medical diagnostics and life science fields, and has a broad background in management, operations, science and regulatory; blended with the disciplines of corporate processes, and successful entrepreneurial business ventures. Before joining Axela, Mr. Ganske was the founder and President of Genomic Utilities LLC. Prior to Genomic Utilities, Mr. Ganske was Chief Operating Officer at Third Wave Technologies (TWTI) where he was responsible for setting the operational vision and tactical implementation. From 1980, until joining Third Wave, Mr. Ganske held various management positions in quality engineering, quality assurance, operations and was the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Becton Dickinson and Company (BDX) and held positions in production testing and engineering at Technicon Laboratories. Mr. Ganske received an Associates Applied Science Degree in Electronics Technologies from Utah Technical College. He furthered his education at University of Utah, York College of Pennsylvania, and executive summer sessions at the Harvard Business School.
