"As a biochemist, my job is to design arrays, process customer samples and put together the data. Once I start a specific project, I am in the lab with my colleagues getting the best possible results for each customer. It's very rewarding when customers come back and tell us what an impact our work is having on their research. I can see how the work I am doing now is going to help patients down the road."
