Xceed's array printing facility is flexible and scalable to meet customer demand. All manufacturing processes – from TipChip production to inspection and assembly and finally packaging – occur in a temperature-monitored ISO 14644, Class 5 clean room. TipChips are inspected for the presence of all hybridization images, precise alignment, and their conformance to tightly specified morphology. TipChips are produced to ensure correct analysis by the Ziplex image analysis software, regardless of how the TipChip arrays are oriented in the instrument.
